It is my pleasure to welcome you to the College of Business Administration at Northern Border University, this academic institution that strives to build minds and prepare national competencies capable of contributing effectively to the economic and administrative development of our beloved country.
The College Vice-Deanship for Development and Community Partnership serves as a central pillar in leading the college’s development, quality, and academic accreditation system. It works to institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in accordance with local accreditation standards, thereby enhancing the quality of academic programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. This supports the college’s objectives of alignment with labor market needs and the preparation of qualified graduates equipped with analytical, critical thinking, and innovative skills.
The Vice-Deanship also places strong emphasis on supporting scientific research in the fields of management, business, and economics, and on encouraging joint research initiatives between faculty members and students. Such efforts enrich knowledge and contribute to the development of innovative scientific solutions that serve public and private sectors across the region and the Kingdom.
In addition, the Vice-Deanship is committed to building bridges of cooperation with partners in the public and private sectors, and to activating the college’s role in community service and local environmental development through high-impact initiatives that contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and reflect the university’s commitment to its developmental and knowledge-based mission.
Within an integrated framework alongside the College Deanship and other vice-deanships, the Vice-Deanship strives to realize its vision of positioning the College of Business Administration as a leading model in academic quality and as an effective hub for capacity building and the development of national leaders capable of competing locally, regionally, and globally.
In this context, we extend our sincere appreciation for the unlimited support provided by the university leadership, represented by His Excellency the President of the University and the Vice Presidents of the University—may Allah protect them—which has played a significant role in advancing development efforts and enhancing the quality of education, research, and community service.
